Policy Types |

The Post Commissions screen is used for entering the commissions received from insurance carriers. After you have finished entering the commissions for each carrier, you can Reconcile the statement to be certain that there are no data entry errors or omissions. |
|
The Cases screen has two pages. It is a collection of information about the policy, including client, carrier, premium, forecast and agent commission splits. The first page primarily contains client and carrier information. |
|
The second page of the Case screen contains financial information about the policy, including income type, policy type, payment schedule, forecast and budget, annual premium, grade code, and agent commission splits. Many reports use the information on the Cases screen. |

The Clients screen is used for creating information about a client. This information can be used for all cases that apply to that client, saving you the need to re-enter client information for new cases. Using this screen, you can add or delete and update client information. |

The Carriers screen contains the names and contact information for all the insurance carriers in the system. Using this screen, you can add or delete and update the information. |

The Agents screen contains the name and contact information for all agents in the system. Using this screen, you can add or delete and update the information. |

The Policy Types screen contains a list of all the policy types you have entered into the system. Using this screen, you can add or delete policy types and change the description. |

The Client Consultants screen contains the names of the people in your company that you have designated as Client Consultants (Policy Administrators).

Grade Codes |

The Grade Codes screen allows you to create a commission schedule based on information from insurance carriers and any generic schedules you would like to create. For any case, if you have the estimated annual premium and a grade code, you can automatically calculate your forecasted commissions by clicking the Calc. Forecast button at the bottom of the Cases screen. |
