Comm-Tracker has over two dozen detailed and professional reports to help you assess how your business is doing and provide you with important information at the click of a button. There are three categories of Comm-Tracker reports: Financial, General Business and Lists. Reports can be exported to a variety of formats and can be printed, saved and distributed by e-mail. Forecast/Actual/Variance Report |
|
This Comm-Tracker “signature” financial report which helps you find unpaid commissions. The Forecast/Actual/Variance report is a powerful report created as an Excel pivot table to provide you with the utmost flexibility. From this one report, you can filter on a variety of variables so that you can see a financial overview of your entire business from any number of points of view.

Agent Commissions Report |
|
The Agent Commissions report shows how much an agent should receive. The commission is based on the split commission information specified in each case screen and the commissions received during the selected reporting period. Separate report pages are produced for each agent and subtotals are calculated by carrier. |

Client Income Report |
|
This report, organized by client, shows the actual income for any date range you select. |

Cases By Client Report |
|
The Cases By Client report shows all the cases organized by client, excluding terminated and superceded cases. By using the index at the left of the report, you can easily navigate to any client in the report. |

Renewal Cases Report |
|
The Renewal Cases report organizes cases by month of the Effective Date of the policy. If a Renewal Date is entered on the Cases screen, the Renewal Date will be used instead. The index at the left of the report allows you to view each month on a new page. |

Client List Report |
|
The Client List report provides you with a complete listing of your clients, including contact information. |
